Thermal noise effects on the magnetization switching of a ferromagnetic anomalous Josephson junction

We discuss the effects of thermal noise on magnetic response a lateral ferromagnetic Josephson junction with spin-orbit coupling and out-of-plane magnetization. The direction moment in layer can be inverted by using controlled current pulses. This phenomenon is due to magnetoelectric effect that couples flowing charge magnetization ferromagnet. investigate reversal versus intrinsic parameters ferromagnet, such as Gilbert damping strength coupling. estimate reversing time find optimal values for fast switching. With aim increasing operation temperature we study induced fluctuations averaged stationary magnetization, conditions make system more robust against noise.
